Absolute garbage. Purchased tickets and received an email with a Redeem Now link that did not work. Reached out for support and was told to click the Redeem Now link - so helpful... Buyer beware, all sales final even if you don't get of the goods or services you purchased!

Currently won't let me buy tickets and when I get to purchase it logs me out
You can now (3/9/22) buy more than one ticket at a time again.
Current version as of 02/04/22 could not purchase e-ticket wirh app. Very frustrating for last minute rides.
You fixed what wasn't broken. This app is now garbage.
Great app
This is the second time I've presented a ticket from this app and had a driver say they've never seen it before and nearly denied me a ride. Is Metro Transit not training their drivers properly on recognizing the app?
Frequently goes down... can't generate trip without selecting stops from drop down... however drop down no longer generates....
the most convoluted asinine app. it used to be great, but this new update makes me angry I pay fares and taxes that went to paying the developer of this last update. It is seriously a 6 step process to purchase a single ticket. Then a three step process to activate it. What was this developer thinking?
